Reading, alas, is losing the battle against the dazzle of the screen. We, at Book Explorers, believe that there is no better way to expand your mind and become a better human being. We want children to traverse the uncharted worlds of books unread. We want them to be explorers of books.

Senjuti Bishi

She has an MA in Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi. She has worked for a few years in the Banking sector. She decided to be a full-time mother so that she could play an active role in her children’s development. A naturally gregarious person, she has a vibrant social life and loves dramatics, singing songs of Tagore, and swimming.

Subhadra Roy Patil

She has a PhD in Geography from Queen Mary, University of London. She worked briefly as an innovation consultant with a Bangalore-based company but soon realised that it was taking her away from her child. She loves planning her day with her child, making notes about the books she is reading, writing her blog, or working on her first novel. She enjoys waking up at dawn to enjoy some quiet reading time with a cup of tea.
